Principal’s Message
Dear White Oaks Families,
Hispanic Latino/Latin X Heritage Month is a time of celebration and learning in our school. Our teachers are implementing resources in our classrooms to honor this rich culture. Additionally, we invite families to share and present to celebrate the Hispanic Latino/Latin X month on Wednesday morning at one of our Welcome Wednesday assemblies. Please fill out this Google Form for the opportunity. Your participation is not only welcomed but also valued, as it enriches our school community.
Our Play Pod is now open! Every Tuesday and Thursday at lunch recess, our “loose parts play” is available to all students. It’s a treat to see students working together to build, create, and imagine!
Phrases like, “Hey, let’s try this!” and “What if we…” can be heard among, “Let’s combine our work!” and, “Do you want to join us?”
We need YOUR help to keep our Play Pod running! Consider signing up for a slot (or two) to help run this station during lunchtime. Without your support, we’re unable to keep the Play Pod open. We are also always looking for more materials to add to our students’ creations. Please email Leah Scholer if you have items you think would work for this program.
Warmly,
Leah Scholer, Principal

Stanford Park Youth Sports - Soccer
This Clinic brought to you by Stanford Park Youth Sports will challenge players mentally and physically to help them become the best possible versions of themselves on and off the court. 60 minutes sessions led by our experienced coaches who not only played on the collegiate level but pursued their careers playing overseas. Shooting, footwork, ball-handling, defense, rebounding, and passing are some of the vital pieces of the game. Our philosophy encourages kids to confidently and consistently work hard towards their goals and aspirations on and off the court. We use a positive approach to encourage confidence, develop life skills, and promote teamwork. We understand the importance of patience, creativity, and fun to keep our players engaged & focused. We believe in developing the entire player, so off court development is just as important as on court development. We use soccer as a tool to develop the entire child. Our goal is for kids to have success in school, college, and in life. No matter which stage your child is in their journey, we will motivate and guide them to elevate their game while understanding and applying the philosophy.
