Please join us for our upcoming PTA meeting this Wednesday evening in the MU at 7pm. We will receive a school update from Ms. Scholer, as well as receive updates on our Book Fair and other winter events. Everyone is welcome and we would love to see you there.

Reminder that this Wednesday, November 6th is Walk to School Wednesday! We will be at school to pass out some cool (maybe turkeys or pumpkins) charms to our walkers, scooters, and bikers. Look for the balloons to find your charm. Please bring your chains if you already have one.

Thank you White Oaks for helping us surpass our membership goal. We are now at 86%! This level of participation gives us a powerful voice in advocating for our children with the California State Legislature. Help us reach 100%!

We would like to give a huge thanks to Natalie Joyce for organizing our White Oaks Day of Service. Thank you for organizing the event and the volunteer efforts. Our students and teachers are so grateful for the cleanup and beautification projects done throughout our school.

Thank you to all the families who volunteered! We greatly appreciate you taking time out of your weekend to give back to our school.

Thank you to everyone who came out last week for our annual Walk-a-Thon and Family Fun Day to cheer on our walkers, enjoy the afternoon and volunteer! With your contributions, and those of family and friends, we’re so close to our fundraising goal. It’s not too late to help us get all the way there!

If 10 orders are placed using our fall fundraiser school code this week, we will win sweet treats for our hardworking teachers. Both new and returning customers can place an order anytime from 10/21-10/27 to qualify our school for this prize.

Please join us for a fun night out at Maverick Jack’s (622 Laurel Street, San Carlos), on Wednesday, October 23. Mention “White Oaks” when placing your order and Maverick Jack’s will generously donate 20% of the total to our school. Dine-in or Take-out anytime between 11am-9pm (3rd party delivery services like Door Dash do not apply). Take advantage of early release day and grab some friends for lunch and/or swing by for dinner. Don't forget to give a shout out to White Oaks so we get credit for your visit. We look forward to seeing you there!

The best part of the Walk-a-Thon (Sunday, October 20th) is that everybody joins in: our kids walk and fundraise, our generous community partners sponsor, and our parents volunteer!

Our goal this year is 100% PTA membership, and we are happy to announce that we already have over 100 PTA members.
