White Oaks Weekly - May 12, 2019

From the Principal

Dear Families,

“There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.”
 - Margaret J. Wheatley.

It is clear that our community in San Carlos cares deeply about providing our students with quality, public education. I would like to extend my gratitude to the families, teachers, and staff who were able to attend our Stand Up For Public Schools rally on El Camino last Wednesday. I felt a strong sense of togetherness and could not have been prouder to be a part of this school and district. Our district-wide PTACC committee worked tirelessly to coordinate this event with not only San Carlos schools but also with the surrounding districts. Our teachers and staff took time out of their busy schedules to stand together with students and parents. Thank you, all, for coming together to support our students!

Sincerely,

Leah Scholer, Principal
